HK10 pile machine is a foundation and foundation treatment equipment, suitable for ramming and expanding piles, cast-in-place piles, gravel piles, soft foundation reinforcement, etc., especially suitable for pile foundation construction of housing projects. The machine has the following characteristics:

1. The pile foundation adopts rammer and sleeve to form a hole, and the reinforcement cage and concrete can be put into the hole through the sleeve.

2. The main winch adopts a special manual fast-rolling winch, which has high load and overload capacity and long service life. Anti-rotation wire rope shall be used to avoid rotation of rammer.

3. The pile frame is a hydraulic walking structure, with accurate and reliable walking, rotation and alignment, high construction efficiency and low labor intensity.

4. The pile frame adopts integral transportation, which can be loaded and alighted by itself without crane assistance. The rammer and casing can be fixed on the upright post in the transportation state.
