Product Introduction

The pile frame adopts hydraulic step chassis, and the main tower adopts flange connection structure. It can be operated by hydraulic pressure and electrical appliances as a whole, and can complete the processes of rotation, walking, positioning, drilling, lifting and landing boom, etc. The advantages of low noise, no pollution and high degree of automation are the ideal mechanical construction equipment for basic engineering construction.

The output shaft of the power head and the spiral drilling tool of the machine are hollow, and the concrete is pumped into the hole through the power head and the central pipe of the drill pipe through the concrete conveying pump, so as to realize the simultaneous completion of hole forming and machine forming. (It can also be inserted into the reinforcement cage process) and can complete long spiral hole forming, CFG pile, prefabricated pile, filling pit pile, underground continuous wall and soft foundation reinforcement: after changing drilling tools, various construction methods and process construction such as screw pile can be realized.
