Construction process of long spiral grouting pile machine
After the drilling machine is in place, it should be calibrated and kept flat and stable to avoid tilting or moving during the drilling process. A depth control ruler should be installed on the drilling frame for observation and recording during construction.
When drilling, first straighten the pile support rod and align it with the pile position; Start the drilling rig to a depth of 0.5-1.0m, check everything is normal, and then continue drilling. As the bolt blades rise, soil blocks will flow out of the hole. After reaching the design depth, stop drilling, raise the drilling hole, and check the quality of the hole; Then move the drilling machine to the next pile position.
3. During the drilling process of the long spiral grouting pile driver, the soil discharged from the hole should be removed and transported away at any time. After drilling to the depth of prestress, the soil should be cleared by idling to the original depth, then the rotation should be stopped and the drill pipe should be lifted, but not rotated. When the thickness of the empty soil at the bottom of the hole exceeds the standard, the cause should be analyzed and measures should be taken.
If the hole collapses severely and there is a large amount of soil during the drilling process, it is necessary to backfill with sand or clay to drill again or pour a small amount of soil powder or lime powder into the hole. If there are many stones or soft plastic soil layers with high water content in the soil layer, attention should be paid to avoiding the expansion of the hole diameter due to the shaking of the drill pipe, which can cause the disturbed soil to adhere to the hole wall and increase the soil falling from the bottom of the hole.
When pouring concrete with a temperature below 0 ℃ in winter, appropriate heating and insulation measures should be taken. The concrete on the top of the pile shall not be frozen until it reaches 40% of its ultimate frost resistance strength. Effective rainproof and drainage measures should be taken at the construction site of the long spiral grouting pile machine during the rainy season. After the pile hole is formed, steel reinforcement cages should be placed immediately for concrete pouring to avoid hole collapse caused by irrigation of the pile hole.
