2、 Operators must be trained and qualified before they can operate the machine. All staff should wear insulated shoes and safety helmets.

1. Understand the construction conditions and tasks from the construction personnel, as well as the problems discovered during construction and the precautions that should be taken during this shift.
2. Adjust the position of the variable speed gear of the pile driver according to the vibration force required by the construction personnel.
3. Check if the insulation of cables and wires is good. Check if the controller contacts are in good condition and if the boundaries are correct.
4. Check if the voltage of the power supply meets the requirements.
5. Lubrication and maintenance of each department according to daily maintenance items.
5、 Safety precautions for pile drivers during operation:
1. When the pile driver is working, there should be a dedicated person to command it. Commanders and operators should check signals with each other before starting work. Close cooperation is necessary in work.
2. At the beginning, use an electric bell or other means to send a signal to notify surrounding personnel to leave.
3. The pile driver and pile cap, as well as the plane between the pile cap and the pipe column (or pile), should be leveled, and the connecting bolts should be tightened and checked regularly for looseness.
4. The starting of the pile driver should be accelerated from low speed to high speed step by step.
5. The pile driver should closely monitor the current and voltage indications on the control panel during operation. If abnormal noises or other abnormal situations are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
6. Regularly check the bearing temperature and whether the bearing cover screws are loose. Strictly check whether the eccentric iron block connecting screws are loose to prevent accidents.
7. When sinking, it is strictly prohibited to stand around the pipe column (or pile).
8. When the pile driver cooperates with water injection and mud suction for sinking, relevant personnel should be contacted in advance and work should be carried out accordingly
