Walking mechanism: The walking mode of this mechanism is hydraulic walking. When moving forward, the four legged hydraulic cylinder supports the ground, and the lower plate is driven by the hydraulic system, which drives the hydraulic cylinder to move forward. Then the legs retract and descend, and the base plate is retracted by the forward hydraulic cylinder. After such repeated operations, the long spiral drilling rig can move forward.
Rotary mechanism: The rotary mechanism is driven by a medium speed hydraulic motor through a reducer. After the combination of four legged hydraulic cylinders, the long spiral drilling rig can rotate without dead angles. Due to the characteristics of smooth operation, small moment of inertia, stable power, and high starting efficiency of hydraulic motors, this machine has the characteristics of smooth rotation, no vibration, no impact, good stability, and long service life.
Power mechanism: The power head adopts the mature three ring reduction mechanism products nowadays. The reducer with a large center hole has the advantages of strong load overload capacity, compact structure, low noise, and long service life. It is currently the most ideal power device for drilling rigs in China. It consists of a reducer, elbow, lifting bracket, exhaust device, and two air-cooled motors.
Hydraulic mechanism: mainly composed of seven hydraulic cylinders. It consists of one stroke cylinder, four leg cylinders, and two variable amplitude cylinders. The variable amplitude cylinder is located at the front of the middle plate, and the lower part of the column is located at the back, mainly serving as a support column. Seven cylinders can be operated for contraction in the control room.
Operating mechanism: The control room is located in front of the main winch behind the long spiral drilling rig, and adopts an iron shell structure and three windows. The operating room ensures a wide and safe view. The long spiral drilling rig is controlled by an electro-hydraulic combination. On the operation panel, there are operation buttons and handles for controlling operations, making operations convenient and fast.
